A4.1: Where we operate
ATLAS was originally established to provide advice relating to large scale planning & development projects (that contain 500+ residential units) across the south east (the old RPG9 area). Since the team's coverage has been gradually extended and now covers all parts of England. The team works closely both with colleagues within the Homes & Communities Agency and a wide range of external stakeholders, primarily helping others to deliver on their local ambitions. It is an important part of the HCA's enabling support package available to Local Government.
